A suitable roof means:

•  minimum size: 150m²

• Azimuth to south: max 40°

• Inclination 15-45°

• roof must resist min 25 years

• Cool room for inverters available

Your advantage:

• relyable rental income for a time period of 20-25 years

• or an immediate rental payment in advance

The rental is depending on the location and quality of the object.
